Halloween Party!

Every year we have a little Olson Family Halloween Party. The kids get to dress up and trick or treat at different doors. They had a lot of fun playing games and playing with their cousins. We were lucky to have more Arizona cousins up to visit with and spend some time together.

Trick or Treat!

Backyard Camping

Dan promised the kids he would set up the tent and they could sleep outside. But it kept getting put off. So when I had a Young Women overnighter they decided it would be a good night. I was a bit worried it was too cold outside. But during the night I had to come home and get my glasses so I went and peaked on them. They were all bundled up warm and asleep.

Wedding Bouquet

Thursday night we headed up to Morgan to a cousins wedding. I wish I had got some pictures of her because she looked beautiful. But the most exciting part of the reception for Devyn was she got the bouquet. Notice, I say got not caught. Someone else caught the bouquet and then she dropped it and Devyn got it. I guess the girl who caught it, has caught several and didn't want the curse so she immediatly got rid of it. It made Devyn's night.

Last Birthday Party

We celebrated one last birthday for Jacob. I don't ever remember my birthdays lasting a couple weeks. We had lots of fun with cousins.

Fun with the VanAusdals!

Last week we had Dan's cousin come up for a visit from Arizona. After they went fishing, we had them over for a BBQ. The kids had a lot of fun playing, and running around. We really enjoyed spending some time with them.

Fishing Again!

Only hours after Dan got home from a work trip to Virginia he took Jacob fishing up the canyon with Grandpa, his Cousin & his boys who were up visiting from Arizona.

They had a lot of fun, and I'm sure made some great memories with Grandpa Myron. Something I'm sure the boys will always remember.

Jacobs Party!

When the kids turn five I let them have their first birthday party. Then they get one every other year. This was our big party year.

Ever since Dan took Jacob bowling he has been wanting to go again, he loves it! So that is what we did for his birthday. Except for when planning the party I failed to recognize the bowling place didn't even open until noon. So we had a little fun at the house before we went to the bowling alley.

I loved watching Lincoln frost the cookies. He's one of those boys that sticks the tongue out when the concentrate!

Ethan loved bowling too! He WOULD NOT let me help him. And the ball went rolling down but it took FOREVER to reach the pins!
