We had just got home from California and we were getting ready for

Nate & Airakas wedding reception. Daniel and Jacob made the Lemon flavored Lightening Mcqueen birthday cake that Jacob wanted.

Then we had a nice breakfast with cake and ice cream.

Yes, we bought ants, but Jacob loves it!

Jacob went downstairs to find his big birthday present a new green bike!

After visiting Monsters Inc. we ran into Sulley on the street.

Devyn was luckily tall enough to ride in some really fun rides.

Finding shells all over the beach
Jacob kept digging in the sand for shells then threw them in the ocean

The backyard

So Dan all of a sudden got this burst of energy to finish the backyard this year. I had thought maybe we would work on it in the spring but we hauled a lot of rock and built our wall and planted TEN trees. I miss all the trees at the old house and in about 50-100 years these trees will get there. The wall is kinda hard to see in these photos but its all DONE!On the corner right is the tunnel we made from our pipe
Here is a close-up on the tunnel. Those rocks sitting up on top of the wall is for our fire pit that we will finish all up in the spring.

Aladdin

Devyn had such a great time performing in the Aladdin play. There were months with countless hours of practice and seven performances with many friends and family who came to watch. Thank you everyone for your support in coming to watch Devyn perform she looked forward to seeing everyone there and was so excited to shake your hand during the 'Friend Like Me' song. I think we will take a break from the stage for now until Devyn starts begging to do another play.
